ImUp — Terms of Use

By using ImUp you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who can use it
You must be 13 or older. ImUp gives you an anonymous identity tied to this device — there is no password and no account recovery.
2. What you send
ImUp lets you send other people short notes, drawings, pixel art, replies, a display name and a status. You are responsible for everything you send, and you keep ownership of it.
3. No tolerance
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Anything you send — a note, a drawing, a name, a reply — must be free of it. Report anything that isn't: reports are reviewed within 24 hours, offending content is removed, and the people responsible lose their accounts.
Specifically, do not send anything that is sexually explicit, threatening, hateful, harassing, or that targets anyone because of who they are; do not impersonate anyone; do not send spam.
4. Filtering and reporting
Text you send is checked automatically and may be refused. Anyone receiving something from you can report it or block you. Blocking removes your content from their view immediately and stops you reaching them again.
5. Enforcement
Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks these terms is removed and the account responsible is terminated, without notice and without appeal.
6. No warranty
ImUp is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. Notes, drawings and knocks expire by design and are deleted; nothing here is a durable record and you should not rely on it as one.
7. Changes
These terms may change. Material changes bring this screen back and require your agreement again.
